AhlulBayt News Agency: A member of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) described the acceptance of a ceasefire based on Iran's proposed terms as a victory for the country and a major step toward reducing the US dominance in the region.
Basem Naim, a senior Hamas official, congratulated the Iranian people and leadership on this victory, stating: A ceasefire based on Iran’s proposal and its acceptance by US President Donald Trump is certainly a major step toward diminishing US hegemony in the region and the imminent collapse of the Zionist regime.
He emphasized that the will of free nations—those prepared to pay the price for freedom and independence—has prevailed.
Following the US acceptance of Iran's 10-point ceasefire proposal, the Secretariat of Iran Supreme National Security Council issued a statement asserting that nearly all of Iran’s objectives in the conflict have been achieved.
The statement noted that upcoming negotiations between Iran and the US to finalize the details will begin on April 10 in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
